Such modifications may be made through its websites, by any legally admissible means, and shall be binding for the duration they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, Reformas Can Ram, S.L. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely and appropriate manner.
The purpose of the website is the sale of data transmission products based on plastic optical fiber (POF).
The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Prices
All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).
Delivery and transport costs
Reformas Can Ram, S.L. ships worldwide for a fee. Shipping costs will be applied based on the shipping zone, size, and weight. They will be specified before finalizing the order.
Product delivery is carried out via COURIER.
Payment Methods
The customer may pay the amount of their order by choosing any of the following methods. During the purchase process, they must indicate their choice:
- VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or unduly charged using a payment card number, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and re-credit entries in the supplier's and holder's accounts will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination, and therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge had been unduly demanded, the cardholder shall be obliged to compensate Reformas Can Ram, S.L. for the damages caused as a consequence of such cancellation.
- Bank Transfer
By selecting bank transfer, you will receive, along with your order confirmation, an email with Reformas Can Ram, S.L.'s banking details.
It is very important that when making the transfer, you indicate the order number, as well as your first and last names, in the subject, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date to validate it.
If you wish, you can send us proof of the transfer by email info@actelsershop.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.
Remember that payment must be made in EUROS and that all eventual exchange and bank commissions are at your expense.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always instruct your bank to take care of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, Reformas Can Ram, S.L. could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.
Any exchange and bank commissions are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Fulfillment
Reformas Can Ram, S.L. undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 48/72 hours, starting from the day after the order is placed.
The availability of products offered by Reformas Can Ram, S.L. may vary depending on customer demand. Although Reformas Can Ram, S.L. updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the customer might be out of stock at that moment. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, Reformas Can Ram, S.L., as soon as it becomes aware of this situation, will notify the customer by email. The period for this communication will in no case exceed the maximum period of 30 days. Reformas Can Ram, S.L. may offer the dual option of: supplying the customer, without price increase, a product of similar characteristics or superior quality, or, unless for justified and demonstrable reasons by Reformas Can Ram, S.L., within this same period, refunding the sums paid for the cancelled order.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without stating the reasons.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by notification via telephone communication to 662073325, by emailing info@actelsershop.com, by sending your written request to our postal address C/Llobregat 14, 08471, Vallgorguina, Barcelona, (SPAIN), or through the withdrawal form.
The Return
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to Reformas Can Ram, S.L., at the address C/Llobregat 14, 08471, Vallgorguina, Barcelona, (SPAIN), without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the expiration of the period.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the product.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transportation problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check their condition. As soon as we verify that both the item(s) and any possible components, accessories, promotional gifts, and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.
Refund of payment
Reformas Can Ram, S.L. will refund the return shipping costs when the customer requests to return a product due to our error:
- If we have sent you the wrong product.
- If the product is damaged or defective.
- If we have sent you a replacement product and you wish to return it.
The refund of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Reformas Can Ram, S.L. may withhold the refund until the product, subject to withdrawal, has been received, or until the customer provides proof of its return, whichever condition is met first.
Return of defective product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing Reformas Can Ram, S.L. of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
Reformas Can Ram, S.L. undertakes to cover the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction
Likewise, Reformas Can Ram, S.L. reserves the right to initiate any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the current and applicable regulations in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
