Shipping times and rates
All orders are prepared at our facilities and shipped with a tracking number. The stated delivery times begin when the order leaves our warehouse, not when the purchase is made.
Order processing
Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. on a business day are prepared and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
You will receive an email with the name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number when the order leaves our facilities.

Switzerland is not part of the European Union. Shipments are made under the DAP (Delivered At Place) terms: any import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the order.
Shipments outside the European Union

Shipments outside the European Union may incur additional import costs, duties, or customs fees that are beyond our control. These costs are not included in the order or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If the order is held at customs in the destination country and the customer decides to refuse it because they do not agree with the customs charges, all resulting costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded: outbound shipping, return shipping, and administrative handling fees.
Order delivery
Delivery may take place at any time during the day. It is not possible to choose a specific time slot.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt on the next business day. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facilities, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Taxes included
All stated shipping prices include VAT.
Exceptional circumstances
The stated time frames are estimates and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Local or national holidays, adverse weather conditions, logistical issues involving the carrier, errors in the address provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our control may affect the usual preparation and delivery times.
Actelser undertakes to prepare and dispatch orders within the stated time frames whenever operating conditions allow. Delays caused by external factors will not be considered valid grounds for claims or compensation requests.
