ACTELSER SL undertakes to deliver the order in a maximum of 48/72 hours, from the day after the order.
The availability of the products offered by ACTELSER SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although ACTELSER SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, ACTELSER SL will notify the client by means of an email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. ACTELSER SL may give the double option of: supplying the customer without price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of higher quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by ACTELSER SL within this same period, pay the sums paid for the canceled order.
Right of withdrawal

Return of the defective product
